What we do not do

  • No accounts, no newsletter, no contact forms.
  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks.
  • No cookies set by us. We do not build profiles and we do not sell data.

What is processed when you visit

This is a static website served through Cloudflare’s network. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data to deliver the page and to keep the site safe from abuse: IP address, browser or user-agent, requested URL and time of the request. We do not keep visitor logs ourselves, and we cannot trace a visit back to a person.

Cloudflare processes this data as our hosting provider under its standard data processing terms. Email sent to the address above is handled by our email provider Resend (both receipt and sending). Resend keeps an incoming message until it has been collected; after that we keep it to answer your question and to be able to look up the correspondence. Any attachments you send are used only to answer your question.

ConnectedCasa is reader-supported. When you buy something through a link on this site, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Those links carry our partner tag and may point to your local Amazon store (amazon.nl, amazon.de or amazon.co.uk). A small script on the page only rewrites Amazon links to your local store; it does not send anything to us.

Once you click through to Amazon, Amazon’s own privacy notice applies to everything that happens there: cookies, account data, purchases. We never see your name, your address or what you bought — we only receive aggregated reports (clicks, orders, commission).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data that relates to you, and you can object to how it is processed. Because we store almost nothing, in practice this usually means there is nothing to hand over — but you can always ask. Send an email to [email protected] and we respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.
